Financial Commission Partners With Tapaas to Strengthen Market Integrity

The Financial Commission, an independent dispute resolution organisation serving the FX and CFD industry, has added Tapaas to its Value-added Services program. The partnership gives the Commission’s approved broker members access to real-time tools for monitoring execution quality, identifying toxic order flow, and strengthening internal risk controls, at a time when brokers are navigating increasingly complex execution environments and tighter compliance expectations.

The Problem: Disputes Without Evidence

Dispute resolution in FX and CFD trading has traditionally been hampered by a lack of reliable, structured trading data. When a dispute involves execution quality, a trade cancellation, an account action, or an allegation of abusive trading, both the broker and the Commission need clear evidence of what actually happened, not a reconstructed best guess after the fact.

This is the gap the partnership is designed to close. By giving brokers access to structured trading analytics and reporting through Tapaas’s risk management platform, the Commission’s member firms can preserve evidence as it is generated, review trading activity more efficiently, and respond to complaints with greater transparency. Broker members can also submit Tapaas reports as supporting evidence during Financial Commission case reviews.

What This Means for Brokers

Under the agreement, Tapaas becomes an official Value-added Service provider within the Financial Commission’s member benefits program, and approved broker members are eligible for preferential commercial terms when adopting the platform through the Commission’s referral program. For a broker, the practical outcome is straightforward: better internal documentation, earlier identification of unusual trading activity, and a stronger evidentiary position if a dispute does arise, achieved before the dispute reaches a formal review rather than scrambled together afterward.

Brokers evaluating this partnership as part of a wider platform decision can review Tapaas’s full real-time risk management platform for FX/CFD brokers, or see how the same detection approach applies to trader surveillance more broadly.

In Their Own Words

Nikolai Isayev, Chief Operating Officer of the Financial Commission, said real-time trading analytics can help broker members better understand trading activity, identify risks, and maintain stronger internal controls in an increasingly complex trading environment.

Jon Squires, CEO of Tapaas, described the Financial Commission’s work as invaluable in a sector that is growing quickly, adding that Tapaas is glad to support the Commission’s goal of a fairer, more transparent ecosystem for brokers and traders alike.
